Full Clips are grooms where the hair on the body and legs is all one blade length while the tail and head is still able to be styled to your desire (eg, "teddy bear", traditional to the breed, cut right back etc.)
These grooms are by far the most popular groom for medium/longer haired dogs as they look really cute, are more economical, and don't require as much at home maintainence.

This groom is Sustainable Salon Certified - to help reduce environmental impact!
→ The longest length Full Clip is 12mm (#3f blade.) If you want the hair on the body longer than that, you will need to book a Fluffy Groom.
→ The body on dogs with this groom is done with blades, not extension combs or scissors (apart from shaping the feet.)
→ If the dog has matting, we will try to get the longest blade we can underneath the matting however, matting can sit close to the skin and we often have to go quite short.
→ Groomers generally don't like to Full Clip double-coated dogs. Though the research isn't conclusive, anecdotally many believe the coat will be damaged. For double-coated dogs we muh prefer to Groom-Out. There's always exceptions to the rule though, so please feel free to have a chat with us to help make your decision a bit easier.
