Maddie completed her studies at The Australian Dog Grooming School before becoming Annie’s very first apprentice. Over time, she has honed exceptional skills in scissor work and hand-stripping, paired with a meticulous eye for detail.

Her loyal client base is a testament not only to her technical expertise but also to her unique ability to build special connections with every animal she cares for. Maddie’s remarkable memory and uncanny ability to recall the smallest details about each client make her a trusted and integral part of their grooming journeys.

Highly sought after—even by celebrities—Maddie plays an integral role in our team. She serves as our main advisor for client inquiries, tailors grooming services to meet individual needs, and oversees essential administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Her extensive knowledge, precision, passion and dedication make her truly invaluable.

Maddie has a cheeky Bichon x Poodle called "Marshmallow", two sweet border collies called “Alfie” and “Piper” and an elderly kitty called “Lilly.”
